We Do the Best That We Can Do Because It's Something That We Love To Do
Chef Erin

Chef Erin loves cooking for all Diana’s Cafe patrons.

At Diana’s we strive to create a welcoming, warm, and home-like environment. When Diana and her husband Jim opened Diana’s Café in 1998, they wanted a place where people could find delicious, reasonably priced, fresh food in a comfortable setting. Since then, Diana’s has become a staple in Center Valley, serving up comfort food like sausage gravy over homemade buttermilk biscuits, house-made corned beef hash, and of course, mugs of their fresh, house-brewed, hot coffee from their sister company, Red Door Coffee Roasters.

Diana’s menu has a large assortment of guaranteed crowd-pleasers. From various customer favorites to weekly specials, there is always something new to try. Breakfast is served all day, so don’t forget to try the famous blueberry pancakes! The Bakery is always stocked with Diana’s favorite family recipes as well as baked goods available for order. Order your cake or desserts in advance or enjoy grab & go options.

Diana’s is known for their friendly staff and deliciously fresh food. All meals are made to order using fresh ingredients, mostly from local farms. Diana’s always aims to give back to the community
